Don’t worry if your text doesn’t fit into one of the categories above. Flexibility and adaptability are my strong suits. Armed with my knowledge, skills, and experience, I offer a general proofreading service. This applies to letters, board game rulebooks, social media content, product descriptions, emails, newsletters, presentations, flyers, reports, and more. For these texts, I look for errors and inconsistencies in spelling, punctuation, grammar, sentence structure, and word choice. I also offer a general copyediting service depending on the nature of the text and my experience in that area. As a copyeditor I can look at your text in context, ensuring it is fit for purpose, rephrasing bits and pieces where needed (while preserving your voice), making suggestions on its style, structure, and format, and providing insightful and knowledgeable guidance on how the text might be improved. When copyediting, I do not simply fix errors but enhance and refine your text.

After reviewing the text, I will provide a fixed quote before beginning any work, so everything is agreed upon in advance and there are no surprises when it comes to cost.
